Low:
Hourly as needed – advisory, brainstorming, periodic review of financials, strategy, and execution; advisory or formal board member.
Medium:
Consulting or managing a specific initiative or project that you lack either the capacity or the full capability to do well. Perhaps I cannot directly serve you, I can be a resource in helping you connect with the right partner for what you need.
High:
Part-time contract or fractional roles – CFO, GM, COO, Project Management.
