    • Participate in interviewing for key positions, role definition and critical attributes, and job responsibility and description creation

    Levels of Engagement

    Low:

    Hourly as needed – advisory, brainstorming, periodic review of financials, strategy, and execution; advisory or formal board member.

    Medium:

    Consulting or managing a specific initiative or project that you lack either the capacity or the full capability to do well. Perhaps I cannot directly serve you, I can be a resource in helping you connect with the right partner for what you need. 

    High:

    Part-time contract or fractional roles – CFO, GM, COO, Project Management.

    I recognize there is a learning curve for me for what is unique about your business. But also, to infuse a sense of urgency to take advantage of my recommendations, implement, measure for impact, and then make any adjustments (PDCA – Plan, Do, Check, Adjust).
